Scope: To deliver high quality environmental improvements to Wulvern properties and adjacent streets.
2007/2008 works include:
- New drives and front railings and gates to approximately 100 dwellings
- Remove compacted waste from 60 dwellings and install new rear boundary fencing, turf and paving
- 6 new off-road car parks
- A joint venture between Cheshire County Council, Wulvern Housing and Keble Heath to widen, re-kerb and renew footways to 2 entire streets
- Disabled access improvements to various Wulvern sheltered accommodation complexes
